WIP DLC cars missing in off line mode

Just recently I have noticed my dlc cars are disappearing when I am in offline mode, the dlc tracks are available but not the cars. Any ideas what’s happening it’s frustrating because I do need to run in offline mode frequently.

I have also noticed if I go to the online store while in off line mode (I know it won't work) it crashes the game to desktop after this crash my DLC cars are not available in offline mode while my tracks still are

 

Verify the integrity of the Release Candidate. Many users have reported corrupted files when changing.

i have quickly tested, and i see similair behavior, DLC cars (like gt3 + porsche cup) disappear from the mod selection screen , the non-DLC cars (like gt4 and safetycar) remain visible and selectable
when putting steam in offline mode.

I thought it was in one of those Q4 hotfixes.

 

i updated the game today, so i should be on latest version

 

oh strange i still have the issues, checked beta it is selected at "no", verified files after install too still problem exists. (maybe i will try it one more time).
i think dlc track remains , but all paid cars disappear in offline mode. what to do now ?

yep im on same build.


here is the thing , if i put steam in offline mode AND keep internet ON then i can see dlc cars.
BUT
if i disconnect from net + steam offline mode then dlc car ONLY goes missing the DLC tracks stays.

On previous build i was able to load every DLC without internet + steam offline mode.
