I have seen this bug being related to AMD drivers newer than 22.5.1 on discord and on some bug threads in this forum.
For me reverting back to 22.5.1 has fixed the issue completely, but i dont remember all the driver versions that has caused this to me.
I have opened a ticked for amd about this issue.
Could everyone who has experienced this, post here what driver version caused this for you, and did reverting back to 22.5.1 fix it for you?
I will link this forum thread to the ticket so AMD staff can get more info about this from more users.

Please post here your findings about this, and we have a chance to get this fixed!
    Thank you all in advance.

    Kel.

Mention also if you have this in VR or monitor gaming, or both, as it might be relevant information?
What headset, what resolution, freesync enabled or static fps limit, regular vsync etc.
More info you can give, the better, and increases chances to fix this if this is driver issue.

Mention also the track + car combo you had this, so the AMD team have better chance to reproduce this.

    Thanks again.

It's weird, cause I've not been having any issues on a previous gen AMD card, a 5700XT. Currently on the 22.8.2 drivers with no problems, I'll give the new ones a go to see if I suddenly have issues, but this seems to have been going on for a while now.
I play in VR, on a Reverb G1 via the normal steamVR/WMR setup. In the AMD settings i do have some stuff like Radeon Boost and Enhanced Sync disabled due to issues I've had with those settings in the past.

I cannot successfully load Laguna Seca with different cars, including official content. It crashes to the desktop every time. I have an AMD 6900XT and 32 Gb RAM. Almost all of the other tracks work fine, although the new World-Wide Raceway fails on occasion also. I tried verifying files, deleting shader files, deleting the track file from the directory and changing various settings. I's out of ideas

Experienced the exact same issue with the BTCC content at any track.

CTD at the end of track loading.
Trace file attached, and the last lines as it failed are as follows:

GraphicsShad 2598: Shader error ShaderTraits< ShaderType_ >::Initialize(*newShader, finalDefinition, cs, desc)
    [4:56 PM]
    main.cpp 343: onFatalError 11

This occurred on monitor (UWD 3440x1440) and in VR (Oculus Rift S using openXR)

AMD driver versions 22.10.1 (WHQL) and latest 22.10.2 just relaesd.
Rolling back to 22.5.1 resolves the issue.

Did you clear the shaders and cbash? Both folders?

    UserData\Log\Shaders
    (in addition to UserData\Log\CBash)

Occasionally the file in there (shaders) has caused issues.

(PS I would have answered you much more quickly if you'd replied to me, as the forum will give me a notification)

    Same issue here. Very frustrating.
I have tried on several occasions deleting shaders and cbash but to no success.

22.5.1 fixes the issues but I have the new COD MW2 and that won’t launch unless using the latest AMD drivers

This happened to me while using 22.6.1, and only was fixed by reverting to a 22.5.1.

My system specs are as follows
    1) 5900x cpu
    2) 6700xt gpu
    3) 64gb of ram
    4) NVMe 2gb/s SSD

Interestingly, the problem could also be avoided by using windowed mode. I also always crashed after the error "Shader error ShaderTraits< ShaderType_ >::Initialize(*newShader, finalDefinition, cs, desc)".

"I also click that reset shader cache button"
Some settings from someone who doesn't get crashes.

22.10.3 and I still can’t play this. I have other games that won’t work in 22.5.1 ( CODMW2 ) and at this moment I would rather play that
