Yes, the RC v1131 and No PP. I changed to the new Laguna Seca and the blocks were still there, especially in the mirrors. Then I redid the graphics and moved from no PP to Medium, that fixed the issue. @Bjorn nailed it. Curiously, the blocks only appeared when a car was not centered in my view. For example: if I was trailing a car directly behind it by several car lengths, I would not see any of the flashes, but as the lead car began angling through the corner, the flashes would appear. Since the Mirror was off center for me, the flashes appeared there more often. But Medium PP seems to have been the fix, thanks all!
I was just wondering if it was related to the headlight updates in the RC. The white square looked like it was over the headlight. In any case it shouldn't require post processing to fix it.
I think it would appear where reflections might be visible. I would see the flashes on the rear corners when trailing, the sides, and the front. Perhaps locations where lights were located both front and back but I'm not sure about the side flashes. Curious.
Devin said that PP has to be, at the very least, on LOW and that OFF should not be an option anymore as it's not being maintained up to speed with recent developments.
