For the "Not able to activate" error one possible solution is to exit the CS (to the rF2 main menu), go back in and be sure to only click your desired series. Whether it's just the restarting to have another go, or the CS not properly updating the information on what it needs when you click different series, that apparently can help. If trying that a few times doesn't work, try removing old series via the content manager...
