Caterham has no wheels in vr, force feedback is non existent.
Mini ai bounce that violently up and down on their rear axle that it takes away any immersion.
Managed to roll the mini at 30-40 mph at Graham Hill bend by just scraping the curb at too much of an angle. It's not even a raised curb.

They look fantastic, though, and could potentially be fun in league racing. But a lot of fundamentals need work.

Caterham no front wheels in normal cockpit mode too.
part of rims missing too when watching replay.
    And FFB seems weak/missing.

The Mini feels fine ffb wise, only tested one lap.

When Studio397 said they were introducing new physics features I didn't realise they are now able to simulate hover cars!

obviously whenever new things come out there can be bugs, but you can't expect them to fix it in ten minutes...

    Of course you're right.

But I also don't expect something so fundamental to slip through the net of a beta tester team. The missing front wheels stand out like a wet fart in a white suit!

I'm sure this will get fixed quickly, but it is quite embarrassing.

I have the latest patch on the Caterham and the invisible tires bug still persists. :D

no, cause you barely need to see them in a GT3, as a GT3 involves no skill whereas a Caterham does. ;)

Have i got this wrong? Thought this was a H-shift 5 speed box, but you can't short shift with a H-shifter and clutch, so is this infact a stick sequential???

There is plenty of FFB in terms of road feel, can feel every bump and kerbs are very prominent. But there is hardley any FFB force in terms of load and build up of force when cornering, and is the front wheels push too much and slide it drops off even more. Reminds me of the problems with the GT3 Mercs FFB. Can only make it slightly better by increasing caster angle in setup

That's the perfect illustration of a content drop !

That's exactly what I thought. Something majorly wrong with the physics. They've not captured the driving experience of a light, nimble, darty Caterham at all. I'd go as far as saying that when I drove it, it reminded me of the Caterham in Project Cars which is a very very bad thing.

I took the Caterham for a couple laps at Nords, and I agree with your logic that it feels like its from another game. I just put it down to the design, like perhaps the feeling of tire movement just doesnt come through the wheel due to the characteristics of it. Oh well, it was the free one!

At this point the Caterham in AMS2 is much better feeling in terms of FFB, theres gotta be something wrong here. I never ever expected a Caterham to have lighter steering than a GTE or GT3 car
