for quite a while I cant load up a replay, keeps saying loading... anyone know what can be wrong. have tried waiting 10 minutes or more....
try rolling back to a previous version. Often when rF2 gets an update, it breaks previously recorded replays.
its recorded in same version. After a few updates I can now load a replay, but as soon I resume, it crashes to desktop.
Did the replays include any of the cars or Laguna Seca which underwent Hotfix upgrades this week? What cars and track were used, perhaps we can duplicate it.
I'll make another test later today, but it should be the same build (the current one v1.1128): from windows, the file date modified is today (25.7.2022). Although, strangely, the creation date is from November 2021. It is an automatic save of an hotlap ("Monza P1 HOT LAP.Vcr").
Just ran about a half hour at Laguna with the two BTCC cars(about 28 total) I paused it several times due to real world issues, finally the tires gave up at just over a half hour. I was running softs and set my best laps JUSSST before the tires went red at 50%. Due to comments about BTCC tire life, I was surprised. They had usable grip right down to 50%, after that, they immediately started giving up. (sorry, back to the replay) I exited Steam, did a few chores and came back & loaded up the replay. It loaded correctly and I was able to advance to the end of the replay file and resume driving. Everything worked as expected.(this is with the RC v1130) There is one issue I hope @Alex Sawczuk or @Coutie can pass on, After resuming from replay, my car was repaired (minor nose damage) and my red, worn out tires were back to 100%. I've seen this also when swapping between the AI and human driver. If I change to the AI & let the computer drive, even for just a few moments, then switch back and I resume control, my tires will be magically replaced by brand new fresh green 100% tires.
