Check the latency of yout TV display, they often have a noticeable lag due the post processing that are applied to input signal.

Just plug your TV into your computer. There's nothing special about rF2 that would require any different settings than any other game/program.

Can you give more details what you mean by "can I link it to other room?". Is your PC and TV in different rooms?

Is room with the TV near to the room with the computer?
If it's just in the next room, I guess you could get away with just a long HDMI cable through your wall or under floor boards.
Also a USB extension cables so you can plug in wheel. Do you use a Wheel to control your game?
Wireless mouse and keyboard would be good too.

HDMI cables do have a limit on how long they can be. If both rooms are far then you would need some thing like this that transmit the picture through Cat cables--->

USB cables also have a limit to the maximum length too, for that you would need ones with powered Signal Boosters.

Might just be easier and maybe cheaper just buying a 2nd cheap TV for the same room as your pc :D
