Are the open wheels cars as exploitable as the GTs?

that "opinion" is from well known member, i will not name him though.
Also if you just checked some telemetry on GT cars you can see that their aero bias makes zero sense based on what i heard from aris, IRL engineers i chatted with a bit and information on internet.
especially when you consider that they are made to be driven by 40+ years olds (they are customers racing car first and foremost then manufacturer proving grounds ).
There is a reason why GT cars specifically have aero "exploits"
