I cant see another cars in server online

Well thats what im facing now, even the another drivers dont see me.
i deleted the game and reinstalled but no problem fix.
My PC :

i5 11600k 3900mhz
32gb ram
GPU nvidia rtx 2070 8gb
internet 10mb
Any idea why i have this problem?

 

Check the network settings in game, try higher or lower values (if it's 128 or 256, try 1+Mbps; if it's high, try 256).

Something i notice in the task manager i have 4 process named Rfactor2 and when i get in the server add one more, and in the stats of the server shows 3 cars but is just me and another in the server..so i get out and shows is only one player in the server.... looks like some how i enter on the servers with two cars at the same time ..... btw i tried the different internet speed but no luck.

 

Someone in the discord chat suggest that the firewall can be the problem, well i turn it off and the game works normal, i mean i see the another drivers but i get out of the server and get in again and the problem is back ..... sometimes even close the game when i try to join one server.... anyone have this problem too?
