Lost FFB on T500

T500RS was working fine
not sure what I did, or what was done, but one day . . . HEY !! . . . no ffb.
the driver has ffb inside the Control Panel app.
in game, the Constant & Spring settings seem to be working, but I don't feel any of the bumps & thumps or anything off road at all.
and now that I've messed around trying fix things, I guess I need to reset to default.
question is, how do I, or can I even, reset the wheel's ffb but not loose all my presets ??
although I did not modify either file recently, I have tried some older files I had saved but they didn't help, I presumed that this was a controller.json vs player.json file issue. am I wrong ?

 

There is a button/key you can assign to reset the FFB. Try using that.

 

yep . . . mapped to a wheel button.
no change initially, but I will experiment with that a little.

 

Could you post some screen grabs of your TM control panel and in-game calibration screen?
