Ugly mirage effect?

Hi
Another post about this but maybe more clear they earlier post. I think it has something to do with a Mirage effect of some kind. But it occurs on any graphics setting. Is there a way to fix it?

 

Am I really the only one who had this problem. Or am I just nitpicking..?

 

I have not seen this before. Not sure what is going on.

 

I have the same type of vidcard and I haven't seen it either? Overheating perhaps?

 

Brand new gpu (this is happening from the beginning) and not occuring in other sims.

 

Could be graphical artifacts?
Disable any overclocking in case you have It.

 

Solved by returning the 6700 for a Nvidia card..

 

Now get ready for micro stutters....
