I prefer standing start, meaning the race starts when all five red lights turns off. But the problem is, when I am at lower grid (like 10th or 15th grid) the red lights are too far to be recognized. Sometimes I can't even see any starting red light. (especially on Nordschleife, there are no light) I definitely need (standing) start visual sign like that of rolling start. (which shows big 'Green light !!' text, even the spotter shouts "Green light green light go go go!!!")
Qualify higher If you have the HUD displayed, the timing screen will start counting the instant the race starts. It's good to always have this visible (even if you have lights you can see) as a backup.
