probably you will have to increase your Soft Particle graphic setting. That MAY lower your frames per second.
From the looks of it you are using the historic version of Imola by Reiza. From my personal findings, the quality of the sparks seems to be tied to some of track specific settings or configurations. On tracks like Spa or Monza from S397, those sparks look very realistic as in the first pic. Lightening on the Imola DLC tracks is all over the place so I would try it on some other tracks first. Clouds and athmospheric setting are borked and there is no PBR implementation.
