Formula Pro custom skins

I agree ! Without the black bar it would have been even better too

 

What is it about Mclaren artists? They have one of the world's most recognizable colors and they insist on adding more & more black. Soon it will be all black again and indistinguishable from any other car on the TV.

actually found this yesterday, had a quick look but have decided to keep going anyway, doesn't hurt giving people a choice, plus they'll be different any way as we're interpreting on to a much different car shape. Plus im trying 8k res so can maybe get better details on some of the smaller decals
I haven't had much time lately but I'll get there eventually.

finally some progress, been working on ferrari for last few days. Must be nearly done, just numbers and sponsor strip on carbon to go.

Lovely set of skins for the Pro.

 

First two cars complete, hopefully no mistakes. Seems to work just fine alongside the 2021 set.

good progress on mercedes, much nicer than last years, just numbers and mercedes pattern on rear to go, thou personally I recon it better without.

 

The formula pro is so perfect for those liveries ! Studio 397 did a great job making a car close to the 2022 regs

 

Weeeeeelll, you can tag me as being the daftest person around as for some reason, I can't make the skins work this time. I think I need to hard reboot my brain and go at it again, I think I messed up something somewhere

Have updated link above to include the Mercedes.
I've also included a DRS upgrade (thanks redapg) that can be used to disable DRS, very handy on tracks that don't support it. Though I haven't actually tested it on track myself the upgrade is selectable in the rear flap upgrades section.

Not an expert but maybe some conflict ?
For the pro car I only have the default plus the 2021 carset installed and this package works fine alongside those.

 

It might be me not having properly done the install, but usually double clicking the package worked in the past. I'll try again tonight

A small request, if possible could you post mas file of the skins too ?

 

Sure, but not sure what use they'll be.
If you install the mod and then browse to the formula pro folder there should be a subfolder ".998" I think and in that will be a mas file for every team

 

update link in ferrari post to latest version.
Fixed a problem with the Ferrari where it looked very dark from cockpit view and a small alignment issue.
Found a way to make Mercedes less shiny whilst still maintaining silver look.
DRS upgrade should be working properly now (thanks Redapg).
In the upgrades toggle through the DRS options and choose noDRS and the use "force setup"
DRS should then be disabled for all cars for that track

Redbull finished, thought this would ne quick but ended up being quite a bit different from last year.

 

Mustn't have been fun doing all those sponsors on the nose wow
