Observation: something in .log files may cause the Competitions page to update slowly. Inside the folder UserData\player\LocalStorage\IndexDB\http_localhost_397.indexedb.leveldb\ remove the log files having extensions .log and .ldb then the Competitions page returns to normal update speed with a new .log-file file of smaller size. To test, I restored problematic .log file replacing the good 000003.log file and Competitions page was slow to refresh; removed problematic log files and Competitions page returned to normal again. This observation also noted in Discord within #open-cs-series channel. Alternate solution for players: in UserData\player folder rename LocalStorage folder to something else.
