How to completely close RF2 without having to restart Steam every time?

Doesn't matter which way I close RF2 it remains as 'running' program in Steam.

    No.

Likely g-hub as per those threads. Exit it or use the older version, until they bring out one to fix it.

Hi, I assume you are using some type of Logitech device with G-Hub? It depends on how many Logitech devises you are using, it could be a mouse, keyboard, wheel ..or all 3 (that's my case) some can simply turn off G-Hub before they fire up rF2 ,but for me this does not help. I have been on the Logi support forums & they are aware of the issues & working on a fix .. for now after you exit rf2 just fire up task manager and you will see 2 instances of rF2 still running, the launcher & the exe simply end task & you don't have to mess with steam..

    Thanks, Kro!

Yes, I have G HUB installed but I am not using it anymore. It was for my old wheel so I will probably just delete the program and get rid of it.

Not saying that it is not GHub causing the issue, but I also think that it maybe something to do with how Steam handles the game as well. I am sure previously rFactor2 and launcher had their own App processes in task manager, and never had a problem. Now they both seem to be sub-processes under the Steam app process.

    [SOLVED]

Uninstalling Logitech G Hub fixed it.
