This looks really great, I wasn't a total opponent of the previous UI but not a big fan either. But this one looks modern…

For sure, one of which was the UI - now fixed :D

Other goodies to come, will be talking about them as things unfold.

Oh man Lazza, i respect you so much.
    Alone your fantastic damnplugin.
    But, maybe(?).. commion.
    My Heart is broken.. really..

    The same content just repackaged.
    I'm just angry at myself.
Why? Because I was happy too soon.
    I love sim racing.
You are way more patient than me.
Respect. You've been with us since the beginning, I've only been there for 3 years.
.And I have to admit I can't and I don't want to anymore.
    But you're right, "maybe".

Let's see. I want to process that first before I write anything that I'll regret later....

    You didn't quite understand.
Before you can do rain races with the AI you need to do the following:
1.) Start the race and wait for the AI to drive onto the track.
Then save the wet track surface and finish the race.
2.) .select wet track surface and restart the race so that the AI has rain tires on it..

    Great..

Is this your work or it’s an external team project?
I’m asking this because it seems a complete new UI …. Something that needs a lot of time and resources to achieve.

The best start to the year ever for rFactor 2 for sure. Successful 24h lemans virtual, no connection issues and now with the release of a new modern user interface. What year....
Who have followed the trajectory of rFactor2, will fill their eyes with tears to see all this growth. From the ISI announcement in 2009, the launch in 2012, the switch to the S397 in 2016 the move to Motorsport Games in 2021 and now we have good expectations for 2022 onwards. Awesome

Good job, no more blinding white backgrounds, yay !
Also hope that the slow animations are entirely gone.

Is this the moment when the old hero/heroine after taking beating after beating gets on one knee and looks direct at the camera....

I've always had faith but it has wavered over the last year or so.

Make 2022 yours S397. Go kick some...

    just read:
Having already undergone a robust internal testing process, we do not need to run this update through the traditional Release Candidate process; as such we are delighted to confirm the 2022 UI update build of rFactor 2 will be made available to the public Opt-Out branch of Steam this Thursday 27th January!

Do you have to install the opt-out, or will the current RC be changed at the same time?
