Asus Strix Gaming RTX 3090 OC no complaints here...lol don't ask what i paid for it. Full fields all out balls to the wall, on 3 screens and rarely under 70 FPS. Its kinda nice actually . Temps around 45C stable unless running Digital Combat Simulator World 2.7, then i see some 60c plus.
I have an EVGA 3060 XC Gaming, I tested with Cyberpunk 2077, My fps went from 65 to 59 when I opened OBS and it was just sitting on my second monitor with no active sources.
An quick update I set up the screens in the multiview menu and everything is down to about 57% gpu !! With the graphics settings on highest it is about 65% gpu A big improvement over 100 % previously Is there a way to display the current frame rate ?
2080Ti with G2 on one computer, 3090 with G2 on the other….the comp with the 3090 doesn’t run well, keeps blue screening after about 10 minutes, so gotta get that sorted.
I used the CV1 with the open composite and I was going at 90 fps with the 1070 in most of the circuits, with parallel projection disabled
I have a colleague who with a 2080 gives him problems with the hp revert g2. slowdowns I use pimax 8k plus and today the pitool has been updated, it seems that they are going well
6700xt here runs my triple 1080p monitors at max display refresh rate 75hz with all graphics settings maxed out same with the 2ndary display a 720p plasma with VSR ON for 1440p output at locked 60fps again with all graphics maxed out and GPU massively under clocked/undervolted this card is great for my sim racing needs
Well that's not optimal. A GPU should be 100% utilized, it's the CPU that you should leave headroom for. The only scenarios in which a GPU shouldn't be at 100% are when limiting frame rate manually or running vsync. But even with a capped frame rate, 65% means you are leaving too much GPU performance on the table. Are you sure you are looking at the correct graphs to assess GPU performance? I recommend a third party tool like AfterBurner, which plots GPU usage continuously.
Thanks for the reply, I am using the windows task manager perrformance for gpu I will get the graphics effects turned up bit by bit till I get to 100% or the frame rate drop off The 1050ti is way more powerful than i expected !!
Forgot to mention, press Ctrl+C to see the CPU and GPU usage in-game (green bar = GPU, purple = CPU), Ctrl+F to see FPS and other statistics.
One of the better 2080 Ti custom, but just 30 min to test it before holidays. Normally, huge OC. 2080 Ti founder edition = approximately +20-25% for 3080 FE and approx +45-50% for 3080 Ti FE in 4K. So I hope it'll be really good in VR (I'will buy one in less than 3 month normally). I'm now accustomed to ultra graphics + ultra quality in nvidia control panel with 1080p monitor. Of course I'm OK to lower graphics, but hope I musn't lower too much.
