Hello Everyone ! Sometimes, when I press "Drive", The FFB of my Simucube 2 Sport doesn't work. I press escape and Drive again and the FFB work again. That happen 1 times for 15 try approximatly .. I have the same problem on an other simulator with a LeoBoldnar FFB .. Have you already meet this problem ? What Can I do ? Thanks a lot for your help ! Antoine
I have the same issue. Simucube 1. The dirty fix is to assign the ffb reset button. But there's an underlying issue here preventing the game from taking control of the ffb.
Hi @Antoine.L I have the SC2 Pro and also the Bondar V2 and haven't encountered this issue before. Do you have any particular set of circumstances or scenario that is likely to generate this problem that I can test? Many thanks
Surely this is the long-standing issue that has been there for years? It used to happen with my T500RS and still occurred with my SC2 Pro - so I’ve always had a button mapped to Reset FFB. It’s not car or track (or online or offline) dependent - it has always seemed to be prevalent if you quit on track but ‘immediately’ click Drive again - it’s almost as if there’s a sequence of housekeeping actions expected by the system when you quit back to the pits and not all of them always get done if you Drive as quickly as you can click the button…
Exactly. I've had this on lots of different wheel types - it's makes no difference what wheel I'm using. I always find it more prevalent in Dev Mode where I'm quickly exiting back to pits, some times without going very far, if at all, and clicking drive again.
This problem is here since rF1. I've had this with all my steering wheels (and i've had 5 different ones)
Just wondering if an attempt to fix this has been made recently… …because I’ve noticed that instead of a single push of my Reset FFB button, quite often the first press is now ineffective. I *have* tried multiple physical buttons for this mapping - it’s not finger (or button) trouble…
I've no idea, i'll check it out next time this happens. The problem is that this only happens from time to time. I'll try what you said, to force the issue.
