I’m trying to change the pit lane limit on a dedi server I administer…

I’ve been changing the pit lane override setting in Multiplayer.JSON from zero to another numeric value (in m/s). I have confirmed that I am saving the file successfully but when I start up the dedi server, the Multiplayer.JSON file is updated and the pit lane override is reset to zero each time…

Where is it getting this from?

FWIW, there are four dedi server installs on the same server.

I think that in RF1 that parameter came with some file of the circuit, could it be in the GDB? I don't know if it will be the same in RF2

    Thanks. I’ve finally solved it…

Basically, I was editing the JSON while the dedi server was still running - then closing the server and restarting it…

On shutdown, the server writes out to the JSON, thus overriding my changes!

All I needed to do was edit the file while the server was *not* running….
