As in the title I have emailed their support@studio-397.com address twice regarding a refund for duplicate purchase but have received no reply. Can someone give me an email address that they monitor and answer? Thanks
I have no clue about any email addy they would respond to. You can catch their attention here by including one of the mod's names. @Christopher Elliott or @Paul Jeffrey. No guarantee though. If the duplicate was a DLC purchase, that is usually handled via Steam but they have a very veryVERY short refund period.
Contact Steam. https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/ If it is duplicate steam inventory items because you bought a pack which contained something you already had then you might be out of luck.
Thanks for the replies guys, I've opened a conversation with Christopher. I contacted Steam and they agree that I was sold duplicate content and will refund once Studio397 confirm I won't get banned
