Engine Sound Cutting Out

In a league, we were running the Release Candidate, had a successful server Race on Saturday.

Come Sunday, people started complaining that the engine sound was cutting out.
We had had stutters from the Release Candidate during our broadcast, and then with multiple people have the engine sound cutting out, we reverted back to V1124 - 12.07.2021

Tonight, I jump on to have a race, and it is also happening to me.
When the tyre sound kicks in, the engine sound cuts out.

Any thoughts?

 

Check in game sound settings.. My bet the beta has set it to 1 channel

I checked that and it Sound Effects was set to 1, so I upped that to 5 and it started working again.
Not sure if it was the problem, but it is now working.

 

32 is default, set to 64 if you can.

If so, what does it do to computer performance?

 

I doubt it will do anything if it's within your system capabilities.
