Hi! When you start the sim with Steam in offline mode, rFactor still beleives it has an active Internet connection. If you go to "customize" from the "race" section, it tries to refresh the server list, which it cannot do so the game freezes until it times out. It would be great if this could be checked somehow to avoid the game freezing. Thanks!
I don't know if this will help, but even if you only race offline, choose one favorite server. Then rF2 will only search for that one server and not the entire list. I don't know if that also applies to when you are offline however. There might be a line in the player.json that turns off the internet search entirely(but that was before the new UI, again, not sure if that will help)
