You should put some minimum steering torque. Otherwise the steering wheel will be too light. Also you should put Steering Sensitivity to 100 and exaggerate yaw to almost 0. You have those 2 settings switched.
by setting the steering sensitivity so low, you are reducing how quickly the wheel responds to your movements. This would be a very good setting for a long fast Oval like Indianapolis. But for a road course you would be wasting physical movement. Also that type of curve INCREASES the end movement. So tiny adjustments near the end of your wheel's travel will become larger in the sim. Fabio may have the proper idea. Move sensitivity to near 100....reducing 'slightly' to correct for a twitchy nervous car.
personnaly i have found that the setting of the wheel s sensibility is better with low level because car is not over possibility of the physic you feel more the set up of the car to increase or decrease the " survirage - sousvirage"(sorry i don t remenber words in english) i think it s an help to definite the best realisation of the hotlap
