No more dx9 beta and you don't support intel drivers like race room, Assetto Corsa, ACC, AMS, AMS2, Project Cars. Basically your the only one that doesn't. It's crazy really.
it doesn't run, it just crashes to desktop after rf2 logo pops up. ISI supported intel drivers just fine in dx9. here is a hd4600 running it but it's not running for me.
dx9 is not capable of supporting the various shader and graphic improvements they have made to the sim. Yes ISI supported dx9, so did S397 at first. But to progress into their vision, dx9 would not work. For dx9, rF1 is still available I've heard.
If you were using DX9 it's possible that you had installed the Trackmap. Trackmap used the d3d9 dlls of DirectX9 and breaks rF2. If it's the case, look for any d3d9*.dll file in your rFactor 2 folder (and subfolders) and delete it.
this wasn't the problem, i installed Lunix Manjaro , installed rf2 and it launched with old and new UI with no problem, but some of the content crashed rf2. It's a windows 10 driver issue with intel. So it's something to look at for the developers. I'm not holding my breath waiting for rf2 to get core sim updates that bring stability.
Your OS is Linux? I suposse that you know that rF2 doesn't supports Linux. Here there is a thread that could help you https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/guide-to-rfactor-2-on-gnu-linux.69875/
