We have this problem since one year ago, the replay of the server does not show the debris after a collision. Some replays of the player do show them. Also, I found out that the replay DOES show debris only for the initial player (you know, the player that is selected automatically when you load a server replay). Please devs, if you need more info, examples or whatevers to find the cause of this issue, let me know.

I agree. I would appreciate at least if someone can provide information about this issue, does it happen to everyone? If that's a problem only for some people I would try to investigate, my first idea was that maybe it's a problem only on some SOs.... I'm using windows server 2012.
This happens to us from june of last year. This happened with Windows Server more modern that 2012 (i don't remember the version, sorry) and currently with W10
Thank you. I wanted to try w10 (as all clients use this version in our league, and this problem is only server-side), but after your comment I guess it's not an issue related to SO. I hope devs can take a look to this bug, it's weird to do videos and see the cars without damage when a big crash happens.

This picture is from our race yesterday, comparing both replays, so it's still happening. How can we help you trace it?
It'll have to be using a car/track released by Studio 397, to rule out issues with a mod. Then just send me a replay file. I'll keep checking on my end.
I also can confirm the issue. We tested a little bit and it seems it either has to do whether it's the server or player replay.
I doubt that the operating system makes a difference in the fidelity of the replay. Isn't there even a setting to control replay fidelity? Maybe that makes a difference.
