Running a LAN server and we still have synchronising issues ? It can suck up to 2 secs a lap out of the car when it happens and have never had this before the new UI but getting worse and worse, any ideas on why this happens and how to fix it ?
Hey Vancstar, Are you using the release candidate beta version through Steam? That seems to be the most stable version, surprisingly.
I am not Obbzy_XR have just been trying to learn the new UI in the current version. If I try that I would have to keep updating our 2 sims to race online then step back again and again to use our server at home, so trying to stay on the version we need to use for racing online. thanks
@vancstar the numbner of the build of the current one and the release candidate, are the same. You can use both to race online.
I had this happen to me and the only way to solve it was to reset my TCP/IP using the netsh commands.
Do you mean the TCP/IP V4 settings to change to a different IP or is that somehting is command prompt like flushing DNS or somethign like it ?
"netsh" is a literal command. Try googling "reset tcp ip netsh" for example command sequences. You would run them in a command prompt (probably elevated).
