At the moment when you exit a track, the game just dumps that track out of memory, so if you pick that same track again you still have to wait a 2nd time for it load.
Would like it done in a way that the game does not dump the track out of memory when you go back to the main menu. If you pick the same track again then there is no need for the game to load it as it's already in memory and you should be back on track in seconds.
If a driver instead picked a different track instead, then the game can dump the 1st track out of memory and load the new track.

Examples where this would be good:
    * Testing out different cars on the same track.
    * If I need to go back to main menu to change a graphic setting., AI strength or something.
    * In a multiplayer game where you need to exit to change something.
    * If you have been disconnected for some reason from a multiplayer game and need to get back on track quick.
    * At the end of a multiplayer race the track reloads. Why does the game need to do that?
    * Watching replays of the race or races after going back to main menu.

Also if the computer has lots of system RAM, then keep whole UI in memory too so you don't have to keep loading the same stuff going back and forth.

    Thank you for reading.

Durge Driven has a solution for most of your issues, With his offline server, you can run every car at the track without leaving or reloading. A quick hack also would be to re-start the weekend BEFORE the sim boots you out. Multi-player has so much information to sort out, I think even if possible they may not want to invite an entire new round of bugs.
