Best method to connect two track section?

    Hey Modders,
    After many hours of tutorials on boolean, cut, quick slice and general messing about.... time to ask the community. How are you joining track sections? then what are you doing to make sure they are water tight with no gaps? Looking forward to your input. I have seen many over lapping joins with extra edges and verts submerged etc

    brief version: cut out the secondary path, then vertex insert / snap / use soft selection

    can probably post a more indepth explanation at some point in the future

    there is also a basic tool which helps in the maxscripts we provide, although it can be a bit hit and miss. there are other paid solutions out there too (Mario did one iirc)
