SOLVED missing virtual cmp ISI_Indianapolis_2013 v1.70

If you're getting this error, you have a mod with an old reference in it. You don't need to uninstall Indianapolis, you need to uninstall the mod causing the error. (or, ignore it; the game appears to function despite the error...)

To identify which mods to remove, set up trace file logging like this, and then run the game:

Find the new trace file (in UserData\Log, as shown in that thread). Open it in Notepad or other text editor. Search for ISI_Indianapolis. You should find a line (or many lines) like this:

See the path at the end? Browse to that location. For me, that's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\365960\2017271687 *

In there you'll see the mod that has the old reference. You can then remove it from your game by unsubscribing from it in Steam, or if you installed it locally just uninstall it (launcher / content manager). If you do that with all the problem mods you should no longer get the error.

*(this is the Nissan Skyline R34 mod, but there are many mods with this same issue. Consider contacting the modder to let them know of the issue. Hello @Rastas !)

Thx for the solution. I had this problem with the Mitsubishi_EVOIX_TA Mod. Unsubscribed this mod and problem with Indianapolis track ist gone.

That isn't a complete trace file. If your game is crashing you'll need to address that first.

 

game is not crashing. the message goes and I can play no prob

so how do I get a complete trace file

 

If you start the game and jump in a car and then exit the game, the trace file will show all that. The trace file you attached doesn't get all the way to the end. I can only suggest trying again.

Sorted, thanks. Weird as it was the BMW 134 Judd in the workshop thats causing the problem. As soon as I re subb to it the error came back

 

You have to exit the game for the log file to be completely written to disk.
