I have not been on these forums in a very long time. Just signed in to tell you how well done these stock cars are. I love them, thank you.

One thing I learned by racing these on Friday night was that you can adjust the track bar with a fixed setup. That's fine as you can also change the brake bias. But brake bias you can change in car or in the garage setup whereas the track bar is only adjustable in car, which is probably why I didn't know it was adjustable. Seems like track bar should also be adjustable in the garage setup.

The other thing that I noticed is that after adjusting the Wheel Range (Lock) in the garage setup (which is allowed even with a fixed setup), it would change back every time and I would have to remember to adjust it for my wheel and preference before qualifying or starting the race.

I don't know if that's an rF2 issue with fixed setups though.

Fixed setup is just that way ever since rFactor 1. Wheel settings always reset after each session. Can not adjust certain things. My goal is to get some of that resolved with the coders. Would like to see where you could just click on items for a fixed setup and lock it or leave it open and to be able to save those settings for all sessions. Hopefully we can get these little things worked out in the future.

Come out and race in some leagues. They are a blast.

We should have an update out soon from a lot of feedback we have gotten.
This will be some minor physics tweaks on some issues we found while racing in leagues the past few months.
So we are reading and listening to all feedback to make this the best we can.

finally found some time to load up the stock cars. Right away I saw the fuel listed as litres/gallons not cans. ARCA was based on rF1 and they got the cans added after starting with the same gallon/litre. I was a beta tester for Arca sim racer and that was my sole addition to the title, I did the math for using cans to fuel the cars. a splash, 1 can or 2 cans which would fill the tank. The Arca team still had to get ISI(I think they did the code) to change the UI to show cans instead of litres/gallons but it was do-able. Should be achievable also in rF2.

Although Cans / Splash is kind of cool if you need more than a splash and not a Can it is not very efficient. In real life they calculate how much time to get proper amount of fuel into the car. I will look into some options for the pit menu for this.

They usually seem to work out at around 1AM UK time which is not great if you are working. I joined up with SCSR but not been able to get involved in any races YET due to the time difference. Looking forward to retiring soon so I can get involved.
Is there any demand out there for NASCAR racing at say 20:00 GMT to make it worth tyring to get something up?

I think there are French and Italian Leagues running about that time. But the language barrier really does not work to well.
