    Hi,
I remember reading once that at a driver swap each driver gets the same setup (of course) but brake pressure and steering lock can be unique to the driver.
    I want to reconfirm that.
Can anyone point me to something pretty categoric,

I've heard this too, but have yet to try it out. Might test this the upcoming days

Yes the team will do a test tonight.
We will set extreme brake pressure differences and do a swap.

Would be great if you report back here.

And dont't forget to assign your personal setup before you do the driverswap

I can confirm that on a driver swaps you can have your own brake pressure.
I assigned the same setup as the outgoing driver but changed brake pressure dramatically from 96% to 65%.
    Then saved it.
When I took the car over it retained my lower pressure.
I verified this by a) running into a wall with less braking and b) returned to pits and checked.

Our racing team also faced this issue multiple times (also mentioned in this post), and despite of having "ASSIGN" same race setup prior to race, it can still sometimes fail and reset to 100% pressure.

After extensive testing, we have finally found a way to 100% avoid brake pressure from RESETTING after a driver swap.

    STEPS:

    1. Every driver at the same team go to SETUP page (either in singleplayer or multiplayer, must be the same car & track combo), select their race setup, then click both LOAD & ASSIGN button.

Now you can see that both "Current:" & "Default:" will have the same setup name, and the setup name behind "Current:" is the key to avoid brake pressure from resetting itself.

    2. Enter server as Spectator, immediately go to your SETUP page, re-check if the setup name behind "Current:" is the same as your team's race setup.

If they are the same, you can proceed to driver swap.

If not, exit server, and repeat Step 1 again, then re-enter server will fix the issue.
This is where resetting pressure issue usually happens when setup name behind "Current:" is not your team's setup for unknown reasons. My guessing is that, after assign a race setup, it still requires to Click load button at least once to make it Truly loaded for "Current:".

    Hope helps.

That's really good info, should be a sticky somewhere.
