Packers are measured in centimeters. They are a little sleeve that sits inside your spring or on the damper to stop suspension travel at a given point. They are used to stop a car grinding on the ground under the weight of aero load at speed. They allow you to spring the car softer and lower but not scrape its belly and lose speed.
