You have to click the "Customise" button, after which each component will get a drop-down arrow which you can click on to change.

Click on the car or track name.

In the main menu, if you click on the car name (right side of the screen), all cars will appear, and the same with the tracks.

If you want to change the mod, the same, but at the top of the screen click on the mod's name and all the mods you have installed will appear.

The image is not a link to other cars, it is just there for reference. You need to click on the text above the car image. The signatech alpine line. Same for the track. click on the text for Val de Vienne and you can choose other tracks.

In that image you can click on All Tracks and Cars, Val de Vienne 2017 and Signatech Nissan. Each thing goes to another menu where you can change the thing you've already clicked.

It's easier than I think you're trying to do.

You should be resetting your position when you jump in the seat, when using VR. I don't have VR so I can't give any more info.

Are you using the driving view camera?
It seems to be the one located in the air intake.
If you're using the driving view, center the view of VR in rF2. Try configuring the room too in SteamVR.

Edit: Lazza was quicker than me. ;)

Look in the control assignments.... there is a VR centre keybind. I set mine to "right alt".
