@Raintyre @Chris Lesperance I couldn't calm down and tested all Indy mods. I got a problem on absolutely everyone. The only thing I knew for sure was that I STILL KNOW TO RIDE OVALS. Experience over 10 years could not disappear in 2 months. I found a pattern and a problem. There are no problems with tyres. The temperatures are ok. But car is already out of control... And by chance I saw THIS In the bend, the temperature was over 1000 ะก. I thought WHAT? I have never touched the brake pedal yet.... I understood what was the matter! On Cristmas holidays a friend came to me and rode a little in my rF2. After it, Stability control was turned High. As soon as I turned it off, everything returned to normal. Brakes are no longer hot and car is stable again throughout the race. Now I will check before each start so that suddenly nothing turns on.
Well that's weird... I also had the issue, and I do not have stability turned on. I'll have to see if I have the brake issue though. I also noticed, in that speedway config, the Differential preload. It is default to 17. If you do one click to lower it, it drops to 1. You cannot increase it, and if you go to the track it will CTD. Unsure if that is on all configurations.
We see you. All depends on the success of the Formula NA 2018. Thank you all for the support so far We do have a online server running. Look for "P1_VRC_Formula_NA". See you on track.
Oh wow I hope it does well because either here or in AC your mods are some of the very best. I already bought the Indycar almost after launch and have had a great time with it keep up the great job either here or in any other sim.
Would buy the 1999 mod instantly! Have it for AC but don't play the game anymore, would love it for Rfactor2
Just bought it and have to say, wow! I can only hope that you guys start doing more for RF2, this is a step above. Thank you
Bought it to compare it to the AC version and as the AC version it is of great quality all around. Nice visuals, great sounds, fantastic FFB, nice handling. It feels very grippy at first but once you start pushing it can bite you. I tested it at Road America and the only issue I came across so far is the AI and how they deal with traffic and each other. There is allways a pile up in turn 7 and they have the tendency to flip over when hitting a curb. I need to test this a bit more to see if it is track or car related. And as allready mentioned by other people here, it would make a great bundle together with the Not 90s Indycar. I suspect that car would sell better than the modern car as there is basicly no alternative.
I must be missing something, but I can't seem to find the Superspeedway configuration. I only see the Road Course configuration in game. Is there a speedway config?
Are you using the "customize" button and selecting in in the showroom? Edit, sorry, meant customize not modify
No worries, I'm sure I'll figure it out. In trying to get this fixed it's given me an opportunity to thin out all the rf2 crap I've accumulated over the years. Too many mods that I just don't use. Thanks for the help.
@dradecki you dont see it cause its bugged sometimes try again until it appears just keep trying pressing the customize and wait (dont press any buttons or click with mouse) its buggy UI
Just bought this. Great fun to drive so nice work on that. Graphically I find that the cars are not reflecting light properly? They seem way too dark on the sides in many cases. I've seen this before in a few other third party mods like some of the other F1 mods that were ported to rF. Other objects in that scene below are lit facing the same direction. Any ideas on that?
