Help my SimVibe has stopped working with rFactor 2

since last night rFactor 2, Automobilista1, the bass shakers don't work.
In Simcommander's audio test, it works !! the signal is output Instead in ACC Competition, and Automobilista2 continues to perform well.
I uninstalled both games and did a clean install again ... but it still doesn't work.
