Sorry for the late reply, I will have a look. Maybe it caused by a new build, because it was fine before. I try to find out.
I checked, and the dash blinking for me as well with the new build. There's a new 3ds max plugin which maybe fix the problem, but with the new plugins I can't open the F40 max file. I really "like" these type of issues, when you don't know what's caused, what's changed with the new build and new plugins. Maybe a temporary fix, if I remove the headlight instance from the cockpit which switch on the dash light. I don't have any better idea atm.
I tried deleting cbash and shaders but to no avail unfortunately, still blinks about once every second.
I tried with different shader and now it's working. So I think something happened with the dashboard element shader, maybe just when you use an animated texture I don't know yet, and it's not 100% because it's working for someone else, like @atomed. Maybe it caused different graphic settings or something like that. But anyway I fix it soon and will do some updates as well on the car.

Hi @Tommy78 , is the street car version still planned ? I would be happy to buy it. Incredible lack of good street cars on rF2.
I have 3 cars currently on the list. One for a University, and two will be a DTM DLC atm. So I would say the F40 road car is not on my priority list. Sorry about that.
