    Hi
Can anybody explain why an upload overwrites a previeosly uploaded track?

The new track has it own folder and metadata file.

Are you using a batch file to upload it? Is it pointing to the right file? Does the metadata file have all the correct information in it?

    Thanks for fast reply.
I think I have made a mistake, but I did as told in the dev mod dokumentation.
I made a unik folder on my drive, and put the track/metadata vdf and preview JPEG inside a folder with the trackname..
That worked OK, the track uploaded to the workshop.

A couple of days later I made a new folder with a new track in the main uploadfolder, but of course in a new folder with the new trackname.
I uploaded that, and it owerwrote the first track.
I wonder why, the trackname and trackfolder had unik name.

    Thanks McFlex
You are totally right. I wasn´t aware that when you upload a track, the "0" in the metadata is altered to a uniqe workshop ID.

I copyed the vdf file from the first track and altered the name of the track etc. but wasn´t aware that the ID was altered during the upload.

    I try again. :)
