It seems that when you move seat in the new Corvette C8.R GTE, the picture in the virtual mirrors and rear camera are not adjusted accordingly. See screenshot here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/QCdkZ41EAgpDWFyX8
Good guide to mirrors but the C8R mirrors are broken by default it would appear. There's no possible adjustment to get them looking behind you correctly. Is this due to various FOVs? I don't know. Something's up. Is there a way to just get smart auto-adjusted mirrors that just always look behind the car at a certain angle for any given car?
Thank you for the guide as well, contrary to @Kahel I've been able to adjust both the mirror and camera using the simplest method described in the guide (shift + up/down). However, I'm still surprised that I had to do that, because literally every other car is fine without any adjustment.
I solved this both with and without trackir operating by setting this in player.json: Code: "Moving Rearview":1, "Moving Rearview#":"Whether mirrors respond to head movement in cockpit (0=none, 1=position-only, 2=FOV-only, 3=both) - add 4 if you want to IGNORE head-tracking movement",
set Moving Rearview to 4, and selected "Mirror Adjustment Horiz":0, and that seemed to fix it for the C8r, still horizonal is broken somhow in this car.
