No Steam sales?

Hi,

I am from Brazil and I read that RF2 DLCs are on discount as part of Steam's Winter Sales.

But for me at least, all the prices are the same except for the base game.

Is this supposed to be so or is there a problem prevent me (and perhaps people from my region) to visualize/access the sales prices?

The packs are on sale. Individual items are not.

 

I don't see anything on sale. (Except base game). Trying to contact Steam support as well.

 

@Endurancer when you go to the rF2 store page and click on packs, do they look like this?



(Note that they don't have a sale price and a normal price, like the game does; they just have a price. The only indication of the sale is their pictures)
