Hi, So I attempted to move my steam install folder for RF2 from one drive to another, and it broke my game. Then I re-installed the game onto the hard drive I wanted to run it from. After 2 re-installs I can't get the game to work. I deleted the steam application folder from the old hard drive, deleted the launch options in the steam menu under rFactor2 properties. Now when I start the game, I don't get the launcher, after creating my player name, and nickname, the screen goes white for 30 seconds then goes back to my desktop, no error messages. Help please?
Also, after re-installing the first time, I noticed that the GUI changed, after re-installing the second time, now the game doesn't even load the new GUI.
Got it to work after installing the runtime components. But I've got to say, the new UI is really un-intuitive, choosing a car and track should not be that convoluted and time consuming.
