I saw there was a sale in October and November but I missed it. Thought that there will be another sale during Christmas but seems like there won't be. Does somebody know or can confirm? Regards

Do you have a reference for the original price? With 7 cars the price seems to fit fairly well with the other packs (that are discounted). I can find lots of chat about the packs when the summer sale hit (my own posts included) but I couldn't find a reference to the actual price...
I've asked myself this question enough times in the past to have created a little spreadsheet. In the attached image you can see the non-discounted prices from October and the prices in the sale today. You are correct that the Nurb Endurance bundle does not appear to be discounted in the store for some reason. Must be a glitch, as all the others are discounted as advertised. As an aside, I wrote a review of the NE bundle here: https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/dlc-review-beginner-nurburgring-endurance-pack.67618/ . I've written a few similar reviews of the other packs I own.
Sorry, I think I got my threads/posts confused. I thought this was regarding the Endurance bundle (7 cars).
well if we see it this way it is even less than 50% Nurburgring 11.99€ Porsche 4.99€ BMW 4.99€ Radikal 4.99€ Total: 26.96 -50% = 13.48€
@Corti wasn't that screenshot from the summer sale? (and, I'm surprised if the current price is the full price, because it's less than the track alone)
Maybe the answer is they forget to change pricing or it will up to double price after sale, the nur pack always that good price
With waybackmachine, we can see that the prize is always 10.8 € (or btween 12.6$ & 12.9$). So IMO, this "winter sale 50% off!" picture is a joke, a fake news. 3 october: 12.63$ => before Steam Halloween Sale 9 november: 10.80€ => after Steam Halloween Sale The correct prize with this new sale picture must be 5.40€. Or they have to change this hoax picture.
