I have seen in several tracks that the trees/cameras/crowd (for instance) are made of a vertical plan but they turn around and face to the camera in game. We do it in early versions of gmotor setting the export object with billboard, but it is not working anymore (at least for me) can anyone lead me in the process, please?

I have made all steps (even thought that the shaders to 3ds Max should be complete and not need to get in an external editor) and when "save to Dev/Mod" it looks like that is trying to write to a json file that it never request to be uploaded, or I missed the instrutions for it, the instrutions are not very clear, even the "IBL Standard" shader is a bit different from the same in gmotor 3ds Max. Too complicate for me. It's a shame we have not it in a video doing all steps in 3ds max and in the external material editor. Anyway thank you to lead me for this instructions probably the problem is in me, I'll continue trying it.
