Thank you so much Lazza for your time and your help!
The issue was I had $11.61 in my wallet and the price was $11.71. How the price changed from yesterday I don't know but it works now.

It's sad that rF2 only support one camera set and not multiple ones as other racing games nowadays.

More and more people are saying that ACC's physics engine is as realistic or nearly as realistic as that of rFactor 2, in some areas ACC being better and in others rFactor still the best.
Honestly I wonder if this is true, because if it is true (suppose), when ACC has a Nordschleife, I would have almost no reason to stay on rF2.
Apart from the many modded tracks and more diverse cars, ACC would then objectively do better in all aspects than rFactor 2.
Of course, only if and only if ACC would be approximately as realistic in terms of physics and FFB engine as rFactor 2.
As far as I am concerned, I am attentively following the developments of ACC (Nordschleife) or of a possible AC2.

This does not prevent me from being a very big fan of rF2, but seriously the divestment of S397 for 4 years in the field of physics and its overinvestment in the field of graphics and UI, without it being any success, may have precipitated rF2 in the precipice.
Fan of rF2 but I stay tuned to the sim market!

AI tends to have massive pileup on corners at the end of Kemmel straight.

Nice track otherwise. I wish there was functional multiplayer in this game, but based on the disaster area that is the UI my hopes for the "competition system" are close to 0.

I'll stick with rF2 where the physics compositions are known to emulate actual physics as closely as possible.

That said it takes several laps to stick at the Spa. Track is green, which after the typical gully-washer thunderstorm and couple days of no usage. Perception is like its 8:00 AM in the morning at 57° F (15° C). After 20 minutes the track begins to rubber up. Nice touch actually.

    Ok!

But the entire sentence was :
"More and more people are saying that ACC's physics engine is as realistic or nearly as realistic as that of rFactor 2, in some areas ACC being better and in others rFactor still the best."

This is what I am currently wondering.
Big fan of rF2 yes, but my loyalty stops there.
If there is more realistic elsewhere.....

I don't know about this part:
More and more people are saying that ACC's physics engine is as realistic or nearly as realistic as that of rFactor 2,
but I know that this part is true:
in some areas ACC being better and in others rFactor still the best
I am suprised anybody questions that.

I just want to join in for a moment and I'm right out again. When a developer plans ports for consoles from the start, he also indirectly plans the limited hardware. He must.
a clear indicator for me not really much emphasis can be placed on realism, because no console can evolve and will stay on theirs for the next 5 years. Where is the developer maintaining top make for the mainstream? with the graphics or the complicated complex physics? Consoles are mainstream focused. Does the mainstream want to torment themselves with setups, read, and practice days wisely for a reasonably good race? I do not think so. ACC will certainly be a good racing game, but I don't know the seriousness of being a thoroughbred Sim from these facts.
    Is just my opinion.
    Over and out!

thanks If this is a common issue on various tracks I would suggest that the devs would change the default setup that many users use that do not know much about setups or do not want to spend scarce time on tweaking it instead of driving.

"More and more people are saying..." is such a strawman BS argument.

Talking about Spa and Rfactor2 and ACC, I can say that both implementations of the track are impeccable. The win for rFactor2 over ACC and future AMS2 implementation of Spa is there possibility to use multiple class of cars in addition to the mods available in the work shop (AMS2 doesn't have this possibility of mods).
If you're limited to Gt3 or Gt4 then ACC is a strong contender... If not and you like the possibility the mod community gives, them rfactor2 is way ahead from its nearest contender been assetto corsa... Physics wise.

I really have a lot of fun with all the gte cars in AC at Spa. Still looks great with sol and csp. I'd say physics are great to drive and the sound is awesome.

It is funny how similar tracks got because of laserscanning.

BTW: rf2 night shaders on the cars improved a lot. It looks different to some month ago when I drove Lemans during nighttime, no?
