    @Marcel Offermans

The car content of S397 is really great, I really think so.

The realism of these cars seems very credible to me.

On the other hand there are two major problems, or rather two very big lacks :

    1) At least 1 FWD car (that's the goal of my thread).

    2) At least 1 AWD.

[3)] I might even add, but that's not the specific purpose of this thread, a road car.

But most of my wish in this thread is about the need to have an FWD.

It would hopefully be a licensed car, made exclusively with real data, exclusively from the latest rF2 physics engine technologies, and with the help of engineers or drivers from the manufacturer/team.

These 3 points are 3 big boxes to check.

The 3rd is a step towards offline players who have been (and will be) long neglected.

The FWD is simply because it is a shame not to have it as I described it in rF2.

These cars are the worst FWDs I have ever driven in a sim. If rFactor2 is called a professional simulator, it should have at least one FWD car with correct physics.

CIVIC is still using old steering-system. Many ISI old cars could use a physics update.

S397 & VRC sell the STC2000 mod like a the Reiza content in the store. That will be a good one.

How quickly people forget that the Civic was given new tires by S397.

I hate it when people declare the physics are incorrect without bothering to identify what they believe is wrong.

In terms of physics, in particular of physics technologies, but also of data used, and especially of feeling at the wheel, the Civic and the Clio do not seem very fair to me.

rF2 deserves at least 1 official high quality FWD and 1 AWD (similar quality to the last 40 cars of the last 4 years).

How quickly people read posts to reply about tires to other people complaining about steering-system instead?
Here there is what they are complainig about...
    :p

We know physics isn't all about tires... right?

Few years ago I saw a video of some guys using rf2 and ISI Clio for real life practice IIRC.
I think they said handling was very good and only thing they needed to modify was braking behaviour as rf2 car had too good brakes.
    Can't find that video anymore.

The steering system itself has very little influence on the car handling, unless the real car has non-linear steering. I don't think that's the case here.

It had a slightly older civility than in this game.
And I don't understand what they are complaining about ...
yes there are obvious differences, but neither are the other simulators exact.
