    Had a GTE (plus one LMP3) race recently also at Sebring, 98% ai strength, 1hour race length, all together about 18 cars. Only 5 or 6 didn't make it till the end.
    So pretty normal here.
    Maybe "rF2 Log Analyser" can give some hint about such a high loss rate.

    did you restart several times? Were you using a rolling or standing start? Did the AI complete qualifying? Try not to just end Q, use the time acceleration to complete it before moving on to the next session. If you have warmup, do the same.

    @Cully Official Track and Official Cars/Mod?

    If so can you please do this;
    - Backup your player.json file by *Moving* (not deleting) it to another location (It's in your Player Folder within rfactor2)
    - Start the game as normal (this will create a Fresh/Default player.json)
    - Try the race against the AI again and report back if it "fixes" the issue.
    - *Important* if it does work can you Please send me both the backup and fresh player.json in a zip file via PM, thanks
