Hi everyone, does it exist a tutorial to create info-screen pages, on a F1-style steering wheel ? On official car-modding documentation I don't really see anything about it ? Thanks for your help...
That document doesn't show any code for showing a laptime on the steering wheel ? Does anyone know what you need in the cockpitinfo.ini file to show this ?
LastLap and BestLap. There's also BoostMap, EngineMixture, BrakeBias, BrakeMap, TTempLF(RF, LR, RR), TPressLF(RF, LR, RR), and maybe more.
Any idea where that is all documented Coutie ? And thanks, once I add that to the cockpit info file I should be able to see that on the dash on the kart, fingers crossed.
Hello, it is possible to assign these informations on the steering wheel : Brake balance Tire temperature (for each tire) Fuel lap used (it write fuel consomation used on a lap) Fuel used (on a 100 liters fuel tank, if it is 5 liters left, it write "95 liters") If yes, what is the name to assign in cockpitinfo.ini for these gauges ? Does it exist a document with complete list of possible gauges and digital gauges in Rf2 ? Thanks for your help...
This should be a complete List of the possible digital and analog rF2 Gauges. Digital: Laps RPM Gears Speed Place LCD Aids FuelLevelDigit WaterTempDigit OilTempDigit LastLap BestLap BrakeBias EngineMixture BoostMap BrakeMap TTempLF TTempLR TTempRF TTempRR TPressLF TPressLR TPressRF TPressRR TCMap ABSMap Analog: Speedometer Tachometer WaterTemp OilTemp OilPressure BoostPressure FuelPressure FuelLevel BatteryLevel <- keep in mind this doesn't really do anything yet DeltaBest
You need to make a plane with a material on it. Page 10. https://www.studio-397.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/rF2_car_modding_complete.pdf
Thanks will have a go but have not been able to export anything from max I always get an error setting up the multisub objects..
Did anything get added in the new UI updates? Also, is there a list of LED functions? I know there used to be a couple of warning lights but can't remember which ones. BTW @redapg, you listed DeltaBest under analog, isn't that meant to be digital? Minor detail I know, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was in was set to be an analog gauge.
To be honest, i didn't try out all Gauges. It could also be an analog Gauge that doesn't show a Number, but a red/green "Range" to show if you are slower or faster. If you know it for a Fact, which ones are the more ones?
I know I have seen one for a pit limiter in a car before bit it could have been rF1, and thought there were a couple more, but can't remember what.
