Welcome to SimRacingMania Indycar American Grand Tour -There is a total of 30 spaces available for this series, for both circuit and oval races, with the finale - the Indianapolis 500 being an exception in which a maximum of 40 drivers will be allowed to race. -The Indy Car series is unique since it has two very different types of circuits. We are giving drivers the choice to sign up to only drive either oval or road courses if they prefer, as well as both types of course. In the event that this series is oversubscribed with drivers, we operate on a priority & reserve driver rule. E.g: The first 30 drivers who sign up for the championship will own priority over reserve drivers when joining the race server. In the event that not every driver on the priority list is able to attend a race event, there will be spaces available for the reserve drivers. For example, if there are 3 spaces available, approximately 10-15 minutes before qualifying starts, we will make a public announcement in Discord saying the amount of spaces available, the reserve drivers are then free to join on a first come first serve basis. Also, if there are any reserve drivers in the server before qualifying preventing a priority driver from joining, they will be asked to leave and rejoin later, or they will be removed by a race official. Reserve list is unlimited for now. -We also want to know what type of experience you have with racing on the two types of circuits to better understand how we can help the drivers in the series if they need it. I might need some help putting the studs in the tires to get them closer to the grip levels these cars have. Actually my version has a modified TBC for offline use only. Otherwise I would consider it.
@everyone We are inviting all rF2 drivers who would like to join our final race of this incredible season the INDY500 (500miles = 200laps race).
