Is there any way to solve the problem with Aston Martin brakes? For example, 488 is excellent and predictable braking, but AMR is either too early or I'm flying in the sand.
Well itll be a couple days before im running again, Windows 10 updated to 2004 and rFactor 2 wont start on that version. so after reverting to 1909 i had issues with the chipset drivers, cant install them, i managed to fix the network drivers to a point but theyre not working as the were, so im going to have to reinstall Windows to get it back the way it all was.
Sorry for dropping in this topic, but I’m also struggling with the GTE. Trying to make a good setup for the Porsche GTE, but just doesn’t feel comfortable. Did find a setup on Youtube, but didn’t help much. At the moment I’m even 5sec slower in the GTE then a GT3 at Le Mans,....... Is there a way to get some decent setups from the better drivers for these cars for specific tracks. Just to use as a baseline? Really would like to enjoy these GTE cars, but at the moment it is more frustrating. Just to mention, no problems with the LMP2 and Senna. Thanks!!!
not yet, the ferrari is in almost real times of gte, it maintains the 3 or 4 seconds faster than the gt3 cars. The problem is the other gte q are slower than even gt3. I hope that with the BOP of le mans they equate the other gte with the ferrari and not that they make the ferrari as slow as they
Thanks will give it a go now. Hope I can do better at least than with a GT3. So should be somewhere in the 3:52-3:55. [edit] Didn’t like the setup of the youtube movie. Maybe good for Sebring, but didn’t tried it. Way too much wing (P5). Now started from scratch with wing at P2 and running in the 3:58, 3:59. Still not good enough, but at least a lot better. Will give it another go tomorrow. [/edit]
What times are you getting in GT3s there? i have pushed out a 3.59 in the Callaway, but i have done it a little quicker in a couple others, they just dont always feel as great to drive, even though theyre all very good!

I gather S397 has fixed the Aston Martin 'connection lost' issue when an online race starts? Otherwise, the LM24 might be another farce?
That’s great, but also seems ‘unnatural’,.. . right? As a track like LeMans should have not too much downforce. Than agin if it is working it is fine! Probably I also lack some driving skills. Would you be willing to share your set-up, like to try it.
Yeah doesnt seem right, but the more i add the quicker i tend to be. i did post the changes i made earlier in the thread, probably the best i can do because im using a phone for the forum
Hi, I have a question with the Ferrari 488gte at Le Mans, as I have seen in the previous comments on this topic, the car is quite unstable and tends to oversteer. My fast lap is in 3 '51.787 "but watching a video on Michi Hoyer's YouTube I have seen that he has the option of adjusting the differential for both the pump and coast, but I can only preload and I think it can condition the behavior quite a bit. of the car. Any one of you is capable of doing those settings. Thanks
