    In rF1 was sparkle effect.
    Its possible in rF2? In 2020?

    No, don't think so. I read early on they removed it because it didn't look very good (and in terms of the good looking game rF2 is becoming, they're right) and so far we haven't seen any sign of them returning.

    Yes, it's 2020.

    This parameter belongs to the particle system, they said long ago that they would review it but it was not said when.
